We all walk around thinking toxic thoughts but just because we think something doesn’t make it true.  Our thoughts are charged with emotions and energy, but they are not our enemies. If you treat them as though there is some kind of demonic force inside your head, you’re actually investing them with power they do not have.  They are not in charge of us. We are in charge of our thoughts and we have the ability to change our own narrative. In Part Two of my interview with Jennie Allen, we examine the toxic thoughts of an Enneagram Seven and how important it is for all of us to not give our thoughts too much power.

Betsy and I take a look into the mind of an Enneagram Six, or The Loyalist.  Enneagram Sixes tend to doubt the commitment of others, have difficulty making decisions without outside input, and always consider the worst-case scenario.
