As a retired SFC (Sergeant First Class) I’ve served 26 years with all three components of the US Army and one of the most influential takeaways that has guided my steps through life, love, and leadership was a specific set of core values. I’ve adopted these values and adapted them into all aspects of my life both in uniform and as a civilian. These values are easily adaptable for anyone who strives to become a better influencer and leave a legacy of true excellence. They can be remembered by the acrostic LDRSHIP - Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, Personal Courage. Please feel feee to create your own core values by implementing these seven into your personal and professional life on a daily basis. Use them as a personal character and accountability checklist to guide your journey to authentic leadership. After an experience with the law from driving with an open container in his car, he woke up (red & blue flashing lights will do that to you really quick), and decided that he needed to make a few changes in his life. he moved to West Palms Beach, Florida and founded his tech company with a hand full of employees and discovered how to turn his small entrepreneurial endeavor into an incredible tech business.
